One For ALL

"Just as all die because we all belong to Adam, all who belong to Christ will be given new life”

1 Corinthians 15:22

For years I believed Christianity to be an exclusive faith and I understood how someone on the outside of the faith looking in might hear that and think God was cruel for choosing some to be saved and for the rest to burn in Hell. It’s hard to imagine a loving God would destined people whom He created in His very image for nothing more than to suffer for all eternity without so much as a chance to repent and turn to Him. The Good News of the Gospel is He did not.

The more you read the Bible in context the more you understand that the God of heaven is very much inclusive. The Bible tells us that ALL have sinned and fall short of His glory. Thats pretty inclusive to me. And though we all have sinned and fall short of His glory God made a way for ALL men to be saved. The most popular verse in ALL of the Bible is so for a reason as it makes clear, “For God so loved the world that He gave His One and only Son that WHOSOVER would believe in Him would not perish but have eternal life.” Even a child can understand ALL means ALL, not a select or elect few.

ALL have the ability to be saved from eternal death by the sacrifice Jesus Christ made for ALL the world when He gave His life for us on the Cross at Calvary. Yes, Heaven is a free gift to ALL who receive it and eternal separation and death await ALL who reject it. God is inclusive as the apostle Peter notes that God is not willing that any would perish but that ALL would come to repentance. ALL means ALL.

“One for ALL” is the message of salvation that we read in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and is what makes heaven possible. “ALL for One” is the natural response of ALL who call upon the name of the Lord and whose eyes are now open to ALL that Jesus has done for us! Oh what joy we have today to be able to sing with full assurance of heart,”When we ALL get to heaven, What a day of rejoicing that will be! When we ALL see Jesus, We’ll sing and shout the victory!” Our victory is in Jesus Christ! Amen Ya'll.

“The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants ALL to repent.”

2 Peter 3:9

I LOVE YOU!
