Revelation 4 shows us where the Church is... in
heaven
Revelation 5 shows us who controls history... God
is in control
Who is in control is of critical importance to us as we
move into the next phase of the book of Revelation
and the wrath of God begins to be poured out on the
earth.
When to worship:
Not because everything makes sense.
Not because evil is gone.
Not because we feel victorious.
Why we worship:
We worship because the Lamb is already worthy.
Revelation 5 teaches the church:
Worship is warfare.
Worship is allegiance.
Worship is hope declared even before our
circumstances change.
