Relational Discipleship Ministry

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. – 2 Timothy 2:2

Turning Christian Believers into

Obedient Spirit-Led Disciples of Jesus Christ.”

Relational Discipleship Ministry

Get discipled and start discipling others: The obedient Christian life.”

  • Why You Should Participate?

  • What is the Purpose?

  • What is the Vision?

  • How Long Will It Last?

  • How Do I Begin?

Why You should Participate: This is an exciting time to be serving the Lord. It is amazing to evangelize the lost and disciple those who desire to grow in our common faith. To participate in the Relational Discipleship Ministry is to be at the very heart of the battle in reaching the lost and raising up others who will do the same both inside and outside a church setting. This will stretch you, grow you, and equip you as you learn to love and obey Jesus Christ above everything else!

Purpose: Jesus said, “Go and make disciples...teaching them all things that I have commanded you.”(Matthew 28:18-20) It is evident that each believer needs to learn what Jesus taught His disciples. This was not a suggestion given to us by our Lord, but a command and so we must strive to fulfill it. The Relational Discipleship Ministry is here to help raise up men and women to fulfill their responsibility in growing the Kingdom of God through God's chosen method of discipleship.

  1. Love and Obey. Learn to Love Christ in all and above all, and Obey Christ's commands from Scripture in a Spirit-led manner.

  2. Life on Life. Don't be distant, but be genuine. StudyServe, and Pray together.

  3. Fill and Pour. Allow God to Fill you, and search for relationships to Pour into the lives of others.

  4. Spread and Grow. Spread the Gospel in new ways and Grow new fellowships.

Are the things your living for worth Christ dying for?”

– Jeanne Guyon (persecuted french christian).

Length:The length of this ministry is long-term. The first portion of material we will go through is a 7 week course by Greg Laurie called Start To Follow. After the Start To Follow course, we will begin to go through a study on the parables of Jesus. There are over 40 parables that Jesus taught in the Gospels and we hope to cover them all.

Step 1To begin this course you will need to sign up(details below). This will enable us to find someone suitable to disciple you in the Relational Discipleship Ministry. After signing up, we will contact you with details regarding your starting date and any additional information needed.

Step 2 As you begin, you will start by completing a minimum of 7 weeks of being discipled through Start To Follow by Greg Laurie.

Step 3 You will then be enabled to start discipling others when given a recommendation by your leader.
